Would you trade a Nautilus 3710 for a 5712/1A

Hello all,
I have the opportunity to trade in my 11 year old Nautilus 3710 for $16,000 and get a brand new 5712/1a for an additional $10,700. I have always loved the 5712. 
Is this advisable and is it a fair deal?
