The face marking shown are Omega Automatic, Chronometre and the lower inset dial is the second hand sweep. I was just given this watch by my 74 year old father. It was his fathers watch. The back has no markings or case latch/screws. The band is likely a later addition (14k gold). Any ideas? I don't want just anyone to open it up. Is it worth the trouble to send to Omega?
