help! help! help!

hi,
greetings! i hope you guys can help me. i was wondering if rolex released dials marked "datejust" in ref 1500 instead of the normal "date". ive been searching for a long time in the net and so far i have not seen such dial present in ref 1500, although i saw the same arrow shaped markers in the said reference, the ones i saw were in silver and not in gold and were marked "date". moving on i still havent seen such dial in datejusts models in other references. the watch is authentic with a cal 1570 motor. and as far as i know although aged the dial has not been tampered whatsoever. the watch claims that it was manifactured in the last quarter of 1970 "IV70" and according to my dad was bought by him in 1972. im just confused with the dial since i have not seen such in 1500 and in any other references.. is this the original dial? im confused help please...hope you can help me, thank you!
