Open SysInspire application for Lotus Notes to Outlook converter tool.
To add the NSF file as the source, click the Add Local NSF file(s) button.
Browse any number of NSF files from the system location and click Open.
The files get added. Select any NSF file and click Preview to view its body.
As soon as you click the Preview button, the tool will show the detailed mailbox in various folders.
Now to move content to the PST file, just select the required folder and click the export button.
Click Outlook PST.
Now in the Saving Location and Date Range window, check the option to split PST file after reaching a particular size limit.
You can also set a date range and select and select various categories like Mails, Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks. You can also apply Folder Filters.
Click OK in the last.
After the successful export of ibm lotus notes database, you will get the final message that the recently created PST file has been saved at the location you had selected. Click OK to finalize the procedure.
After the procedure, you can easily open your ibm notes folder.
