Hi. my wives Rolex (Oyster) has had a broken glass 2 times in the past 6 years, without any clear cause. In all cases there was no outside cause that we could find.
Having asked the dealer (Gassan in Amsterdam) and Rolex to check if there was something wrong with the watch itself that caused the glass to break, we got nowhere.
Are there other people having experience with a rolex watch with glass that breaks without any clear, outside cause?
