Watch Strap and Winder Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your strap purchased on WatchNetwork.com, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. As these are custom ordered, the strap must be either different from your specifications or defective. The item must also be in the condition it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. Put this number on the return form included with your purchase. Please indicate in the return if the item is defective or if you would like to exchange the item for something else. Winder returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
