    Hmmm. It is usually the other way around. Sounds like a bit of dust/dirt is lodged or perhaps some of the oils are drying out.

    As you are entering routine service territory, (every 3 years) best bet is to have Rolex give it a once over just to be safe. If it is caused by dryness, most likely the gears can use a bit of oil too.
