    My limited experience with BUSA is that they have lots of attitude, but zero knowledge or skill. I felt like I was dealing with thieves. (See my low battery question for the underlying issue.)

    I don't know where you live or whether the laws or CT or your own state would govern but I expect that if you did not auhorize any repair, BUSA will eventually have to return your watch to you without charge. Considering their attitude, you will need to contact a state consumer affairs office or get other legal power on your side to simply have it returned.
    With US agents like that, I'd never recommend anyone in the US to buy another B product. Even if it was the finest watch in the world at the most reasonable price.      Post Reply
