Both the salesperson and the store manager had an incredibly condescending attitude towards me. They would barely let me see the watch I was interested in, let alone allow me to try it on. Supposedly the watch was "out of [my] price range". Suffice to say, I left the store and purchased the watch from an "unauthorized" dealer. I'm now hoping to notify Rolex of my experience.
