I offered a full refund to this if he adhered to 1 of the following conditions:
-The watches were sent back so we could inspect them
-A copy of the Report from Rolex was forwarded to us.
The customer refused to do either, stating that he would prefer to commence legal action and post negative comments on message boards.
I offered a simple solution and a fair resolution the customer, he chose the opposite course of action.
