I inherited a Patek Philippe from my father. The watch was given to him in the early 1950's as payment for past due attorney's fees. He wore the watch sporadically until the late 1970's when it was put in a safe deposit box. It sat there until Dec. 2006 when he gave the watch to me. He always described it as a platinum wristwatch with diamond indexes and a white gold band. I found a similar watch at antiquorum:

I wanted to get confirmation that it is indeed a genuine Patek before taking steps to get it restored. Could you please help me id the watch?
