I find most Breitlings hard to read and if there is a calendar involved, changing the time/date is certainly a task. I am not as familiar with Tag, but I see them on everyone. B&R in my opinion is a great value. They are easy to read and really durable not to mention it is my most accurate watch. If you want to increase the budget, IWC is my choice but B&R is a close second. I think the movement is the same as in most Breitlings as well. Good luck with your decision. Here is a photo of one of their models. I think this ranges from $1,200 and up.
