When you voluntarily respond to our email messages, newsletters or other promotional features, we may ask you for other personal information, such as your consumer and watch preferences. In addition, when you order a product or service through the Watch Retail sections of the Site, we will ask you for your name, address and email address and/or other personal information or credit card information in order to process your request. If you post an offer to sell watch product(s) or service(s) through Watch Classifieds, you will be required to submit your screen name, as well as information describing those product(s)/service(s). If you choose to inquire as to a product or service offered through Watch Classifieds, you will be required to forward your email address to the seller, who may, in turn, elect to respond to you (for further information, see the Watch Classifieds - Communities section below). How We Use Your Personal Information G.M.T. uses the information collected, including personally identifiable information, for a variety of purposes. For example, we use your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better products and services. On-line Purchases - Watch and Watch Strap Retail sections Our Site enables registered users to request information and order watch products and services from the Watch and Watch Strap Retail sections of the Site. We collect contact information (such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address), and when appropriate, financial information (such as your credit card number and its expiration date) to process your requests or purchases. Contact information from an order form may be used to fulfill orders, to get in touch with you when necessary regarding your order and for other purposes, such as to provide information about our company to you. Credit card information that is collected is used to process your request for products and services, and will not be shared with third parties who are not involved with the transaction. Watch Classifieds - Communities Our Site enables registered users to post and/or respond to advertisements for watch products and services through Watch Classifieds. To post an advertisement, you will be required to submit your screen name in addition to a description of the product(s)/service(s) you would like to sell; if a prospective buyer responds, you will then have the option of forwarding your email address to the buyer to proceed with the transaction. To inquire about and/or buy a product through Watch Classifieds, you must disclose your email address to the seller so that the seller may (at his or her option) contact you. Please note that, although we provide this forum through which users may list and respond to online classified ads, we are not involved in the actual transactions between buyers and sellers. After the initial transfer or posting of personal information as described above, we have no control over the use of information (including personal information) and materials made available by you to other users. In addition to Watch Classifieds, G.M.T. may, from time to time, make other community tools available to our users, such as chat rooms, forums, message boards, news groups.
