Hi everyone. I'm new here. I'm buying a Breitling for my boyfriend's birthday and need advice: 1) I want to buy new from a registered dealer but also don't want to get ripped off. Is Tourneau an OK idea? 2) He is ex-military (Hungary), works in the security industry and REALLY wants the Emergency. He used to have one (sold it) and thus is aware of the misuse fines (USD60,000 according to Tourneau). Is it silly (risky) for a non-pilot to have this watch or should I indulge him?? Many thanks!!!
