Hi everyone. Does anyone know the phone number or address to send complaints about the quality of rolex watches??
I purchased my watch from a genuine rolex authorized dealer two years ago. About every half a year, the watch will just stop. It's definately not the battery that's gone dead. I've taken it in 3 times already to get it fixed but now my warranty's up and it's stopped again. I just barely got it fixed 5 months ago. Does anyone else have this problem??
For the hefty sum that I paid for the watch in the first place, I don't want to be taking it in every few months and pay to get it fixed. Any suggestions or comments on what the problem could be would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for listening!
