The Serial No, Ref No., and Dealer name are found in the "International Warranty" booklet, on the last page.

Ref.:
Matches the model alpha-numeric on the back of the watch in a box...in my case A17360

Serial No.:
Found in back of watch under model no.

"Retailer's Name"
Should be punched in the booklet.
