re: Scratched Submariner, Repairs? by SaintGermain on Oct 03,2005 05:45 PM Had a similar problem with the bubble on my datejust. Superficial scratches can be 'polished' off by a jeweller very easily. Many will insist on doing it only as part of a full service though. Replacing the face of a submariner is going to set you back a lot of money so go down the 'polishing' route if you possibly can. Do not try to do the job yourself ;)
