Brought my 24 Patek in for changing battery. The technician hasn't sealed the back properly and water leaked in and rustic movements.(It was told by Sherve and co in SF). They decided to take it back and send to the PP in New York since Feb 5th, and I called them back in April 15th and inquiry about the status ... and she told me the co in NY had just sent the watch to Geneva a week a go! I didn't know it takes more than 2 months to send my Patek to the co..... I'm all confused and dazed.... for the slow snail paces processing in able to fix my watch. So, I thought that I can write to the Patek directly and inquire myself. Thanks fuddi- Mai
