I am trying to identify the exact make/model of a watch my father-in-law had. I believe it was an Omega, with a distinctive inner day/night dial that rotated to blue in the PM, with stars, the moon etc. The day/night dial was a larger version of the one in this photo, but appearing in the top of the dial. There were no other subdials on the face. Ring a bell with anyone?
